  • The majority of American martial arts schools focus on casual after-school activities, with a quantity-over-quality mindset. The goal is often enrollment and membership retention over production of athletes. Class time in these programs is often spent on games, unstructured “drills”, or behavioral modification discussions. Conversely, Sajabunshin Varsity Taekwondo is committed to holding students to a higher standard with an emphasis on testable skills, and enforcing standards for advancement. Our training is result-oriented and designed to produce elite athletes and martial artists! Students who train in this manner develop self-discipline and confidence in their abilities as a natural result of their efforts.

  • Sajabunshin competes in World Taekwondo (USAT) style Taekwondo. Our coaches are Kukkiwon Certified and adhere to their standards for our Taekwondo programs and black belt certifications.

    Our striking program emphasizes athletic ability and covers a variety of major rulesets to create well rounded fighters who are capable of defending themselves in real -life situations, not just in the ring.

  • Sajabunshin offers coaching for individuals of all ages who wish to pursue Taekwondo training. Sajabunshin coaching is result-oriented, and we push our students to reach their potential through tried-and-true methods likerepetition, correction, and competitive experience.
